Tim Hardaway Net Worth $28 Million

Tim Hardaway grew up in Chicago where he went to the Carver Area High School, after which Tim studied at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where he played basketball under Hall of Famer coach Don Haskins and earned two MVP of El Paso’s Sun Bowl Invitational Tournament awards in 1987 and 1988. Hardaway also won the Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award for the best college player with a height of six feet or under.

The Golden State Warriors selected Hardaway as the 14th pick overall in the 1989 NBA Draft, and he stayed there for six seasons and played in over 420 games. In his rookie season, Hardaway made it to the NBA All-Rookie First Team, recording 14.7 points, 8.7 assists, and 2.1 steals in 33.7 minutes per game. Together with Chris Mullin and Mitch Richmond, Hardaway formed “Run TMC” (Tim, Mitch, Chris), the trio that had an important role in the Western Conference in the early ‘90s. In his sophomore year, Tim started every game and averaged 22.9 points, 9.7 assists, and 2.6 steals in 39.2 minutes, numbers which earned him a place in the All-Star game for the first time in his career, an achievement that Hardaway would repeat in the following two years. Hardaway stayed with the Golden State Warriors until the middle of the 1995-96 season when he was traded to the Miami Heat. He played pretty well there, especially in the 1996-1997 season, when Hardaway finished 4th in the voting for the regular season MVP, and was selected to the All-NBA First Team, and for the All-Star game. He recorded 20.3 points and 8.6 assists per game, and although Hardaway appeared at the All-Star game the following year, his numbers started declining, with Alonzo Mourning and Jamal Mashburn playing a bigger role in the attack. Tim stayed with the Heat until the 2001-02 season when Miami traded him to the Dallas Mavericks. After playing in 54 games for the Mavs, Hardaway was traded to the Denver Nuggets for point guard Nick Van Exel in the middle of the 2001-02 season. He played 14 games for the Nuggets, and ten for the Indiana Pacers in the 2002-03 season, after which he retired.

Hardaway started his coaching career at Florida Pit Bulls in 2005, and in August 2014, he joined the Detroit Pistons as an assistant coach, which only increased further his net worth.

Since his first stint with TMNT, Sisti moved from New York City to Los Angeles and has continued to work with The Jim Henson Company, Walt Disney Studios and scores of other movie and television productions. Prior to working with Henson, Sisti was a musician and theatrical actor for twenty years. Sisti performed in many NY productions on and off-Broadway. Later shifting to film and television, Sisti guest starred on Star Trek: The Next Generation, as the Ferengi Trol in the 1994 episode Bloodlines and later guest-starred on Babylon 5. Sisti also appeared in fellow Henson puppeteer Julianne Buescher’s short film Resculpting Venus as Dr. Moreau.
