Founding NagaCorp
In 1995, Tan Sri Dr. Chen Lip Keong laid the foundation for NagaCorp in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Key Milestones in NagaCorp’s History
Late 2004: NagaCorp decided to raise funds through a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
October 19, 2006: NagaCorp achieved a historic milestone by being listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This marked the first listing of a gaming company on the HKSE and the first Cambodia-based company listed on a foreign stock exchange.
2007-2015: NagaCorp actively contributed to Cambodia’s economic growth and social development, becoming an integral part of the nation’s progress.
2022: Demonstrating a strategic succession plan, Dr. Chen Lip Keong transferred a controlling stake in NagaCorp to his family.
December 8, 2023: The world mourned the passing of Tan Sri Dr. Chen Lip Keong, who succumbed to illness. His legacy lives on through his family and NagaCorp’s continued impact on the industry.
Leadership Transition
In a testament to the family’s commitment to carrying on Dr. Chen’s legacy, one of his five sons, Chen Yiy Fon, was redesignated as CEO of the NagaCorp group following Dr. Chen’s passing in 2023.
