Nichols is a trained dancer who has worked with artists such as Beyoncé, Aaliyah, Will Smith, Mary J. Blige, and Jennifer Lopez. Nichols also worked as a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Laker Girls and choreographed all five seasons of Jane the Virgin and the ABC comedy Fresh Off the Boat.
