Sergey Beseda is the intelligence officer under Putin. He is the government officer in Russia and an agent who is serving the Federal Security Service since 2009. Further, he is a Colonel-General.
Even though Sergey Beseda is available on Wikipedia, the details on his education have not been stated on it.
Starting his career in 2003, he was the head Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Security Service. In 2004, he was named Deputy Head of Service at the same place.
In 2009, he was the head of the International Relations Service and Operational Information of the Federal Security Service. Similarly, in 2014, he got his name included in personal sanctions of the European Union’s list.
The politician was working for Putin and was doing his level best along with his team incorporating with the vision of his country.

Sergey Beseda is apparently under house arrest with his fellow deputy Anatoly Bolyukh. Even if they were actively involved with Putin in the invasion of Ukraine, they are taken under control due to the failure of the plan.
As per the head of the country, Russia is not getting its due and he is not satisfied with what the intelligence officers are bringing to the table. However, they are arrested on the grounds of mismanagement of funds.
