Ruby McLellan is an Australian 6-year-old girl who bought a house, being probably the first youngest home buyer.

She bought the house which is worth $671,000 after saving up her allowances, which she received by helping her parents. To be specific, the property has joint rights of Ruby, her brother Gus and sister Lucy, who together saved up their individual allowances and made an investment in a fixed asset.

Ruby McLellan’s proud parents are named Cam and Felicity McLellan.

She is one of the four children of her parents. It’s mostly thanks to Ruby’s real estate dad Cam (47), the kids also started investing in the purchase of properties.

According to News published a few days ago, Ruby’s father retired at age 36. And, Cam made a decision to enter early retirement at a young age after making him passive money of $250,000 every year from doing absolutely nothing.

It is also found that Mr. McLellan has purchased a property for each of his four kids.

At present, this young homeowner Ruby resides with her parents, and three siblings in Melbourne, Victoria.

Ruby McLellan’s net worth will go on rising and is likely to double in the next ten years.

As predicted by her property seller father, the house which she bought at present will probably soar to over one million. That means this little girl Ruby will be a millionaire when she turns 16 years old after 10 years.
