Baltimore County Police Officer Robert Vicosa held his ex-wife hostage starting on Friday, November 12, in his home in Windsor Township, Pennsylvania.
After escaping such a hell, Vicosa’s ex-wife outbroke with every single detail and the harassment she faced while being in there.
