Reginald Kenneth Arthurell was leading a new life as “Regina” after his jail release. She is sent back to jail after a younger man reported several incidents of sexual touching him at a facility in southwestern Sydney earlier this month.
The 55 years old man went to the police station on January 22 and reported the incidents of alleged sexual touching without consent.

Before Venet Mulhall, Regina killed her 49-year-old stepfather Thomas Thornton with a carving knife in 1974. Thomas was his first kill and she says he was very abusive.
The second time she committed manslaughter was in 1981, she killed the 19-year-old naval officer Ross Browning in a Northern Territory robbery. His mutilated body was found in the scrub just 35 km east of Tennant Creek.
Reginald aka Tex Arthurell was released in 2021 and his criminal record is totally scary. She is now seen as a transgender woman wearing a wig and spectacles and threatening families.
Moreover, she is now blind in one eye and has health problems including significant hand tremors.

Regina Kaye Arthurell has been arrested for an alleged sexual assault and taken to the local police station. The man who was abused reported her to the authorities for alleged sexual touching.
She was arrested at the Campbelltown facility just before 10.30 am Friday, where she is expected to be charged.

Regina faced court on Friday afternoon and is charged with four counts of sexually touching another person without consent.
She was refused bail and is ordered to appear at Campbelltown Local Court later again on 4 February.
