Rae Sremmurd Net Worth $3 Million

In the beginning brothers founded the duo named Dem Outta St8 Boyz. They played at home in their studio located in the basement, and performed in local parties as well as bars. The brothers saved money to be able to audition in various contests, in order to be seen. Playing with Andre Harris, they appeared on the hip hop and R&B music video show “106 and Park”(2013). Thanks to the show they were invited to meet the representatives of such top record labels as Sony Music and Def Jam Recordings, but didn’t sign a contract. Afterwards, the hip hop duo toured outside USA.

In 2014, the brothers finally signed a contract with the record label Ear Drummers Entertainment and changed the name of the band. They released their first singles “No Flex Zone” and “No Type” both in 2014, which respectively peaked in the 8^th and 2^nd positions of the Billboard Rap Top 100. More, both of the singles were certified platinum which helped to significantly increase the net worth of Rae Sremmurd. Their following two singles, “Thow Sum Mo” (2014) featuring Nicki Minaj and Young Thug and “Thus Could Be Us” (2015), peaked in 6^th and 11^th positions of the Billboard Rap Top 100, though sales were not as successful as the first singles’. All four previously mentioned singles were enlisted into the debut album of the duo named “SremmLife” (2015) which topped the Billboard R&B Albums Top as well as Billboard Rap Albums Top. The album appeared in high positions of the main music charts in USA, Canada, Denmark, UK and other countries. All the above activities added steadily, if not spectacularly, to the duo’s net worth.

Due to their successful start, the duo was nominated for the Billboard Music Awards in the category of Top Rap Artist and three BET Awards. It is worth saying the Rae Sremmurd won BET Award as the Best Group in 2015. The duo is also known for their appearances as a featured act including “One Touch” (2014) by Baauer and “Blase” (2015) by Ty Dolla Sign. As a guest act, Rae Sremmurd has performed with such artists as Mike Will Made It, Baauer, AlunaGeorge, Juicy J, Dillon Francis and DJ Snake. These performances have also increased the total size of the hip hop duo’s net worth as well as their popularity. On the website of the duo, the new music video is already uploaded which it is believed will also attract the attention of audiences.

So far, the duo appears to have had little time for personal lives; but then, both are still in their early 20s, and hopefully have many active years in front of them.
