Regarding her education, she attended the Quincy High School, becoming class valedictorian in her final year, 2003. She then enrolled at Harvard University, where she studied biology.

In 2007, Priscila obtained her BA degree in Biology, and additionally to this, she also studied Spanish. Meantime, her life completely changed while at Harvard, since she met Zuckerberg and soon they started dating.

Priscila then worked as a science teacher in a private school, Harker School, but enrolled at the University of California, San Francisco, from which she acquired a medical degree in pediatrics in 2012.
