The indictment charges Mr. Kyari and others with “knowingly conspiring to commit wire fraud in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343.”
In addition, he and others are suspected of engaging in financial transactions involving the proceeds of illegal activities and assisting in the illegal use and transfer of an identifying document.

Hushpuppi’s plea bargain with the US government was submitted on Tuesday, and a date will be scheduled for him to change his previous “not guilty” plea to “guilty.”
