Pascal Molliere Sexual Assault Victims

Pascal Molliere assaulted a model who had come to him for a photograph; her identity was not released.

He shut the door and was respectful and professional for the first 15 minutes, jurors heard, before kissing and molesting the victim, who was 22 at the time.

According to the court, the woman had moved to London to pursue acting and had borrowed money from her mother to pay for portfolio photos to market herself.

According to prosecutor Tyrone Silcott, Molliere began shooting headshots before photographing her in sexual poses and sexually assaulting her.

After leaving the studio, jurors heard that the woman fell into tears and informed her partner what had transpired.

Her partner labeled Molliere an “abhorrent human” and phoned him, threatening to call the cops unless he deleted all of the photos and refunded the money.

The prosecutor stated, “For her part, she felt uneasy and unhappy.”

After the photoshoot, the defendant kissed her on the mouth with a full kiss.

She felt nauseous after the kiss.

According to the prosecutor, Molliere asked the woman whether she wanted to do fashion or erotic photographs before the shoot.

He explained that the woman consented to bring lingerie because she wanted to model and “thought it could be nice to shoot some images for her and her then spouse.”

After the #MeToo movement gained traction in 2019, she said she was inspired to report Molliere to the police.

Molliere has disputed all charges against him, alleging that the incident never occurred and that the woman left his studio smiling.

Following a two-day discussion period, a jury found him guilty of three counts of sexual assault.
