Paul is a former professional lacrosse player from Gaithersburg, Maryland. He roses to fame as the co-founder of the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL).
At the age of 12, he began playing lacrosse. During his college days, he played for Johns Hopkins University. When the Boston Cannons picked Rabil first overall in the 2008 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft, he participated in the MLL All-Star Game that year.
Paul, who won the 2009 MLL MVP and MLL Offensive Player of the Year titles, participated in his third consecutive All-Star team in 2010.
