According to Assistant Ramsey County Attorney Daniel Rait, the youngster was hospitalized for many days due to collapsed lung and jugular injuries, and she currently suffers from nerve damage.
During the hearing, Rait argued that Murrell-French should be imprisoned since the nine theft charges she had received after the assault suggested she wasn’t fit for probation.
