The 64-year-old driver told police that he was driving the four boys from Nirvana to their school in Polokwane when two cars blocked off his BMW on the Tzaneen bypass.

The getaway cars, a silver/grey/champagne Kia Sportage and a black Mercedes-Benz with no number plates, were last spotted on the R81 exiting Polokwane.
