As per the trailer, Florence, another show character, is set to work for Miranda as a live-in au pair caring for her daughter.

Unfortunately, the teaser did not indicate that Florence’s next adventure would be straightforward.

Instead, Florence appears to be in grave danger, as Miranda’s cover has been broken, and she has a gun aimed at her.

“Sir, is Florence all right?” Neville exclaimed in the trailer for episode four. “She is alright,” the Commissioner reassured him.

“What if someone she knows sees her or blows her cover?” Neville objected. It is a huge gamble.”

Neville could be heard later in the teaser listening to a message left by Florence, which hinted at problems.

“Miranda is lying,” Florence stated emphatically. “I just heard a gunshot at midnight,” says the narrator.

“There is something you are withholding from me, and I want to know what it is,” Florence, who is undercover, was told in the following clip.

“I am a police officer,” Florence confesses seconds later as an unknown lady holds a gun to her head and screams, “On your knees, DS Cassell.”

Last month, Victoria, whose mother and aunt have battled breast cancer, spoke openly about her choice to have a mastectomy on Loose Women.

She told the panelists, through tears, that she did not want to spend the rest of her life looking over her shoulder.

She has a family and friends and a baby child to love and live for.
