Who Is Michael Mulvihill?
Michael Mulvihill is a judge of the Superior Court of San Joaquin County. In 2015, he was elected. His current term will conclude on January 4, 2027.
Ballotpedia reported that Mulvihill won re-election to the Superior Court of San Joaquin County in California in 2020 after the primary and general elections were annulled. He was initially benched into the position after winning the election in 2014.
He has received his B.A. degree from the University of San Diego. He also has a J.D. from Gonzaga University. He worked as an attorney in private practice before getting elected to the bench.
His hard-earned degree and reputation were tarnished when he was caught driving under the influence. The unfortunate incident of him getting arrested under DUI charges has circulated on the internet.

Judge Of San Joaquin County Arrested For DUI Identified As Michael Mulvihill
Micahel Mulvihill, judge of San Joaquin County, has been arrested for DUI. A Copwatch member from Stockton witnessed the incident.
He was out doing his rounds while broadcasting live on YouTube under Airkqqled Accountability. At that time, he saw San Joaquin County Judge Michael Mulvihill speeding by him and crashing on both sides of the Calaveras River bridge near UOP.
Mulvihill’s SUV would come to a halt on the water’s edge of the bridge and stop. When the cop watcher walked toward the accident scene, he saw other eye-witnesses videotaping and chasing Michael down as he walked away from the site.
When Stockton cops arrived, they placed him in the back of a patrol car without doing any sobriety tests. According to ABC 10, he is one of 19 judges assigned to the court’s criminal division and has presided over various criminal cases.
Now, he has been arrested; further investigations are yet to be done.
