Michael Louis is the suspect in the Tulsa shooting, which claimed the lives of four people.

Therefore, Dr. Preston Phillips, who was assassinated in an exam room in the Natalie Medical Building on the Saint Francis Hospital campus in Tulsa, was his intended target.

“Tulsa Police called me and confirmed that it’s my uncle,” she texted Thursday morning. “We’re in a terrible situation.”

The suspect’s name has been confirmed as Michael Louis by a Muskogee law enforcement official. According to public documents, the Muskogee guy used both of his first names.

In addition, Louis is listed as a resident of a Muskogee property where Tulsa police ordered local policemen to look for a possible bomb on Wednesday night, claiming it was connected to the hospital incident.

According to authorities, the home was evacuated Wednesday night, and neither Louis nor his wife, Edith Lubin, could be reached by media or worried relatives.

The reason for the shooting, which occurred on the second floor of the Natalie Medical Building near St. Francis Hospital, is still unknown.
