Michael Slater was detained at 7:45 a.m. and transported to Manly Police Station.
Michael was charged with violating the terms of his AVO, failing to appear in court, and using his cellphone to threaten/harass/offend.
Slater was accused on Wednesday of violating a restraining order only two months after being detained on domestic violence charges.
Michael was transported to a police station in Sydney and was not granted bail. He is scheduled to appear in Manly Local Court later that day, according to News9 Live.
