Martin started cooking 17 years ago; he isn’t an overnight sensation but has worked hard up the chef’s ladder for over 17 years. He said that none of the restaurants he had worked is now open except one or two, which shows how much time has passed and how hard he has worked hard to reach where he is now; he started working in a hospital as he said, ” Me getting into cooking is a complete coincidence.”
Further, he said that he took a break from studies and started working as a dishwasher at the hospital where his mother used to work as a nurse. Today, Martin, along with his successful restaurants and a strong team at his side, is investing in other projects too. He co-starred for two years on a reality cooking show too.
The chef says that his cooking is simple; it is not technical but felt with more emotions as he likes to feel the seasons in his cuisine, but he isn’t necessarily the best technician; he would say he is just good at many things.
