Jimmy Page’s biography, fact, career, awards, net worth & life story

Unquestionably one of the all-time most influential, important, and versatile guitarists and songwriters in rock history, Jimmy Page’s net worth is estimated to be around $170 million. Just about every rock guitarist from the late ’60s/early ’70s to the present day has been influenced by Page’s work with Led Zeppelin; his monolithic riffs served as a blueprint for what would eventually become heavy metal, yet he refused to be pigeonholed to any single musical style (touching upon folk, country, funk, blues, and other genres). Page also lent a hand in writinmg (or co-writing) Zeppelin’s vast array of classic songs and produced all their albums. Born on January 9, 1944, in Heston, Middlesex, England, Page picked up the guitar at age 13 after being inspired by the Elvis Presley tune “Baby Let’s Play House,” and while he took several lessons, was mostly self-taught. Instead of attending college right after high school, Page decided to join his first real rock band, Neil Christian & the Crusaders, whom he toured England with.

Bill Walters net worth: Bill Walters is an American sports bettor and developer who has a net worth of $200 million. Billy Walters was born in Munfordville, Kentucky. His family was dirt poor. Billy’s first sports bet came up a loser when he gambled on the 1955 World Series and lost all the money he had saved from a paper route. When Walters first starting betting on sports, information was not as easy to come by as it is now. He had a crew go to the airport and read newspapers from across the United States to gather information. Today he is known as one of the most successful sports betters in history. He has made hundreds of millions of dollars better on a variety of sports then parlaying the money into more traditional investments. Walters now owns golf courses, real estate, car dealerships, and even seven homes. He prefers to stay private and keep to himself. Bill claims that he profited 37 straight years betting on football and basketball. Walters was a member of a betting system based on statistical analysis called The Computer Group. The group was formed in Las Vegas in 1980 and made millions a year. In 20013 the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s turf-rebate program was forced to pay Bill Walters $500,000. In April 2017, Bill Walters was found guilty of insider trading after a three-week trail in New York Federal court. Prosecution charged Billy with using insider information to make $40 million illicit profits between 2008 and 2015. He faced some serious jail time and a very large financial penalty. The case is currently being appealed.
