An investigation eventually found that the lady discovered dead in the river had attended the hospital three times because of her long Covid.

However, according to the nurses and doctors at the hospitals Swialton visited, she showed no signs of wanting to commit suicide or having suicidal thoughts.
Malgorzata’s exact cause of having found drowned in a river is still yet to be identified by the police department.
The doctors even stated that Malgorzata was “worried” about her latest symptoms, she told the court.
In addition to that, she had been “generally more concerned” since testing positive for coronavirus in February.

The police in Salford were concerned about a missing 37-year-old lady. Malgorzata Swiatlon was last seen on South Radford Street in Salford on June 14, 2021.
Swiatlon is characterized as being white with black hair and spectacles. In addition to that, she wore a grey hoodie, yellow slippers, and blue pants. The body of the missing woman was discovered in the River Irwell.
An inquest heard that Malgorzata had been examined by Salford Royal Hospital’s mental health liaison team three times in the week preceding her death.

Malgorzata Swiatlon went missing from her house in Salford on June 14, 2021, and her corpse was discovered two days later in the River Irwell by underwater search teams.

According to Bolton Coroner’s Court, when she called the police to report her missing, the call handler incorrectly classified her as medium risk.
