44-years-old, Simon is the senior coach for the team Demons, commonly known for Melbourne Football Club. He is also the retired footballer of Australia who played for Adelaide Crows.
Goodwin started his career as an assistant coach in the football club Essendon at 34 years. After three years of being an assistant, he got promoted to senior coach.
In 2014, he signed a contract with the Melbourne Football Club for five years. From this moment on, he has been an impressive coach taking the teams to their first finals.
He led the club in their first nine wins and raised them forward in 2021 matches.
