In 1983, an 11-year-old girl named Sabrina went missing. On the following day, she was found dead. She was raped and brutally murdered by stuffing her panties to the throat.

After some initial investigations, police took Henry for questioning. As per the Law Umich, he mentioned that he had seen Sabrina walking to Hardin’s store.

But, he denied his involvement in the case. However, rumors spread into the college that Henry was involved. So, the police took him and kept him until he confessed to the rape and murder.

Henry took the names of four other boys including his step-brother, Leon Brown. Both Henry and Brown were arrested and sentenced to prison. The other two boys had their alibi and one was not connected to the crime.

Both of them were mentally challenged and had low IQs. Thus, they could not exactly figure out what was happening. Leon was 15 and Henry was 19 at that time.

Finally, in 2014, the DNA evidence proved them innocent. They were released and the charges were dismissed. Currently, they are free from prison but they were punished for someone else’s wrongdoings.
