A Cincinnati Public Schools teacher was arrested on Thursday for drug charges.
A teacher at Evanston Academy, Laura Morand, is accused of knowingly permitting drugs in the school. In addition, investigators found many narcotics packed in a small pouch for distribution.
Later, a search warrant was executed at Morand’s Deer Park Home.

Laura Morand was a secondary level teacher at Evanston Academy who has been arrested on a charge of narcotics.
Morand, however, was arrested Thursday afternoon at the school premises and is facing one count of permitting drug abuse.
According to the Evanston Academy’s website lists, Morand was serving at the school as a math and social studies teacher for fifth and sixth grades students.

Laura Morand Charges And Case
Laura Morand has been arrested on narcotics charges. As per the court documents, many narcotics were discovered in plain view inside the location.
Up until now, the court has not listed an attorney for Laura Morand as of Thursday night. However, an arrangement is scheduled for Friday at 9 a.m.
The school district, however, is cooperating properly with the authorities, and no additional information is available at this time.
