The state’s justice system convicted a lady from Dover, New Hampshire after she warned a Black boy she’d “kneel on his neck.”

According to a press statement from the New Hampshire Department of Justice, Kristina Graper, 51, threatened the youngster, a 9-year-old boy, in May of last year. She had also used a racist term to refer to the youngster.

Kristina Graper, a New Hampshire woman, was convicted by the state’s justice department after she threatened to ‘kneel on his neck’ and used the N-word to a Black boy.

Graper, 51, threatened a nine-year-old Black child in May 2021 after he “accidentally destroyed her son’s toy while playing in a local park,” according to a release from the New Hampshire Department of Justice.

According to the announcement, Graper grew enraged with the boy when he “accidentally smashed her son’s toy while playing in a neighboring park.”

According to a civil lawsuit published by the Associated Press, Graper’s son shoved the 9-year-old youngster, who shattered her son’s foam rocket as a punishment.

When her son explained how that component of the toy had broken, Graper returned to the park and threatened the boy, according to the AP.

Graper was charged with breaching the state’s Civil Rights Act by the office of New Hampshire Attorney General John M Formella.

Graper made a racially motivated threat against the minor child after he accidentally destroyed a toy belonging to her kid, according to the lawsuit, which was filed on October 7 in Strafford County Superior Court.

“On May 10, 2021, Ms. Graper threatened physical force against the victim, a nine-year-old black youngster, when she threatened to “kneel on his neck” and called him a racist epithet after he accidentally destroyed a toy belonging to Ms. Graper’s son.”

The court determined that this behavior was motivated by the victim’s race and was intended to terrify or force the victim.

The trial court also issued a $2,500 civil penalty, with $2,000 deferred for three years if the injunction was followed. A breach of the provisions of the injunction is a felony that might result in future civil and criminal consequences such as fines or jail for Ms. Graper.
