Shadman was charged with section 245(A)(1). The next hearing on the case will be on the 19th of November, 2021.
His case was filed in the Glendale Courthouse which is Los Angeles County Superior Courts, situated in the city of Los Angeles, California. It was filed on October 28, 2021.

It can be considered that Shadman is still in jail as he has neither been released by the court nor been permanently put into prison. Since the case is still under examination, the final decision will be made on the 19th of October this year.
The previous three hearings on the same day have all been against him. So, he holds a high chance to be imprisoned. He might also be sent to the detention center.
