Jonah Tulis is the producer and director behind the documentary Gamestop: Rise of the Players, which will hit the theaters on January 28.

Jonah Tulis, the producer, writer, and director, has just released the trailer for his upcoming documentary, shown on Friday.

Gamestop: Rise of the Players is a documentary about the controversies surrounding the video game retailer Gamestop and its plummeting stock value.

In 2021, GameStop was a trending and hot topic on Twitter and all major news channels. It had caught the interest of the people after its stock value plummeted.

Hedge funds were betting against it to keep the value down. They were hoping to buy it out. However, the financial app RobinHood purchased GameStop’s then-cheap stock to boost its market value.

Jonah’s documentary hopes to explore this intriguing premise further.
