John Parker Romo is a 24-year-old professional football player who is a kicker for the New Orleans Saints.
Before his career with the New Orleans Saints, Romo had a legendary career in college football at Virginia Tech University as a kicker. He had 64 kickoffs with 30 touchbacks, 18 of 22 field goals, including seven of nine from 40+ yards, and even a 36-yard field goal in one year.
2021 was his most successful year as a kicker, but Romo had been excelling at Virginia Tech since she started his football career in 2019. However, Romo’s journey to Virginia Tech was troubled as he had previously played at the University of Tulsa.
In fact, his first three years were spent at Central Arkansas and Tulsa, and he played some football at the latter and had even played as a walk-on where he led the number 1 kickoff coverage unity in the American Athletic Conference.
