The news about Mueller’s death has left many shocked and people were quick to send their heartfelt condolences to the family of the bereaved. 

John Mueller, according to the report, has died on December 16, 2021.

BBQ: Who Is John Mueller?

John Mueller was a self-established man who paved the path of fame around the world all by himself. A well-known barbecue pitmaster rose to fame in the year 1993 when he took over Louie Mueller Barbecue. 

When he was at his 25-year-old, Mueller worked at his grandfather’s restaurant and took over the overmanning the indoor pit. Later, in 1949, the famed Louie Mueller Barbecue of Taylor, Texas was launched. 

While in 2006, due to some financial issues the Mueller’s BBQ restaurant went off of the business platform, however, they did make their comeback in 2011. 

Similarly, he also opened a small retailer in South Austin with his sister, LeAnn which was named “JMueller BBQ”. 

John Mueller Death Cause And Obituary

John, according to the report, has died on December 16, 2021. His death was announced by Panther City BBQ via a Facebook post. However, the details surrounding his cause of death haven’t been disclosed yet. 

Tributes to the BBQ expert flood on social media, after Panther City BBQ, expressed their heartfelt prayers and sympathy to the Mueller family. 

In that post, Panther City expressed their sadness and cited him as a legend. And he was their first memory of a “new” style BBQ back in 2013 in Austin.

John Mueller Wife And Family

John Mueller has always kept his marital life private, though there’s a piece of information that Mueller was married, unfortunately, got divorced in 1999. Later he started dating a fellow employee, whose identity hasn’t been revealed. 

Moving on to his family, John’s father, was the legendary Bobby Mueller who stoked the fire at the Louie Mueller Barbecue in Taylor, Texas for many decades before his death in 2008. 

On the other hand, the details regarding his mother couldn’t be fetched at the moment. He does, however, have a sister named LeAnn.
