According to Fairfield police, a 19-year-old woman Leilani Beauchamp went missing on Saturday evening. She was a Carmel resident who was last seen early the next morning at a Sacramento Holloween party.
She was left with two men who are active duty Air Force members, who live on Cascade Lane at Travis Air Force Base.
Similarly, the police detectives and investigators at Travis Air Force Base reported, Beauchamp was killed in a homicide at the Cascade Lane house. The police and the Monterey County Sheriff’s Department collaborated to locate the victim’s body.
On Sunday around 5:30 p.m., the sheriff’s department was summoned to an unincorporated area on the 300 block of Corral De Tierra to investigate the discovery of a Carmel woman’s remains.

Jessica Quintanilla is a 21-year-old woman from Pittsburg who is one of the suspects said to be involved in the murder of Leilani Beauchamp on October 31.
Photos of the arrestees were not shared, nor were any other details about the crime. The inquiry is active and ongoing, according to officials.
Jessica Quintanilla Arrest Details And Charges
Jessica Quintanilla was arrested in Pittsburg in connection with a killing.
Juan Para-Peralta, a 20-year-old Fairfield resident, has also been charged with accessory to murder. He worked as a cargo processing expert at Travis Air Force Base, the base confirmed Monday.
Similarly, Marco Quintanilla, a 27-year-old Pittsburg resident, has been accused of accessory to murder and parole violation. He is now doing time on parole for a felony attempted murder conviction.
Following the incident, the victim’s family received condolences from the police and sheriff’s departments.
