Jeremy Theron Smith, 36, is the suspect in the salon shooting, according to an arrest warrant document acquired by NBC 5.
According to the arresting document, Smith’s fiancée informed police that he was in a car accident with an Asian motorist a few years ago. Smith was apprehended late Monday night and consented to speak with detectives without representation. He confessed that the red Honda Odyssey was his and that he was the only one who had a key and access to the vehicle, according to police. He also admitted to having two firearms: a.380 handgun and a.22 caliber rifle.
