Jayde Adams’s husband Clayton Wright supports her dream to be on Strictly Come Dancing 2022.
The BBC program will return in September for its 20th anniversary season, hosted by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
The five celebrities participating in the program are Will Mellor, Kym Marsh, Richie Anderson, Kaye Adams, and Jayde. The other names will be revealed soon.

Strictly Come Dancing 2022: Jayde Adams’s Husband
Jayde Adams from Strictly Come Dancing 2022 is married to her husband, Clayton Wright. The pair have been together for 15 years and just celebrated their anniversary on June 22, 2022.
“My husband. From becoming vicars to attending funerals for sisters, from introducing me to all the greatest people I’ve met to feeding me this ragu, they’ve done it all. Here’s to the next 15 years, @clayton wright_,” she wrote on their anniversary.
Clayton is the producer and the founder of the organization, “Little Gay Brother”. It is a festival collaborative working to provide spaces for the LGBTQ+ community in the UK music festival scene.
Over the year they have built a wonderful queer family of dancers and DJs from diverse lifestyles and origins. They adopted the moniker Little Gay Brother and returned to SGP on an annual basis.
Their venues became larger and more outrageous, each one custom-built (and dripping with flare) by their staff of gay set builders and stage designers.
In 2013, they opened Powders, a soapy launderette, and in 2014, they established the first queer sex area and playroom at a UK event. They were nominated for Promoter of the Year at the UK Festival Awards in 2019.
Wright also founded Body Movements – the first Queer & Trans Electronic Music Festival in the UK together with DJ Saoirse Ryan in 2021.
Wright is also organizing the second phase of the Body Movements festival on August 30. Unfortunately, the guest list is already closed.
Jayde Adams Dating History
Jayde Adams has previously dated fellow comedian Rich Wilson, per The Sun. The two went on tour together and cooperated on Save Live Comedy events at the Clapham Grand with “Pub Landlord” Al Murray, which was webcast live in August 2020.
However, seeing their Instagram profile, Jayde is together with Clayton Wright of Little Gay Brothers.
On their seventh anniversary in 2017, Clayton revealed the reason behind their successful marriage. He stated, “the key to a happy marriage is we both sleep with anyone we want and live in different places.”
The couple doesn’t have any children at the moment.

The comedian, 37, quipped that keeping the secret concealed had been “pain,” but that she was a “big fan” of the show and that appearing on it was her top professional ambition.
‘Since watching the first series in 2004, I’ve felt like every step I’ve taken in my profession over the last 11 years has been to be on Strictly,’ she added.
I’m at a loss for words to explain how much this means to me and my family. I’ve always watched it, with the exception of a little sabbatical in 2011 when I was constantly gigging every weekend (to try and get on Strictly).
‘I’ve been a huge fan of the program for many years. I feel as if I’m watching myself in a dream, and I can’t believe I’ve brought this about.

Jayde is most recognized as a comedian, having won multiple comedy awards and been nominated for Best Newcomer with her Edinburgh Fringe debut stand-up hour.
Serious Black Jumper, her Amazon Prime special, gained widespread critical acclaim, was released globally and was nominated for an Emmy.
Jayde has been in the BBC Two BAFTA-winning comedy Alma’s Not Normal, the upcoming Take That film Greatest Days. And also, Amazon Prime’s Good Omens, and BBC One’s The Outlaws, as well as co-creating and starring in ITV2’s brand new series Ruby Speaking.
