A new Discovery+ show is investigating what it’s like for restaurant staff to work and live during a packed schedule in the Hamptons.
“Serving The Hamptons” follows the staff of 75 Main, a Southampton landmark that serves breakfast, lunch, and supper to some of the Hamptons’ most affluent patrons. Zach Erdem owns and operates the restaurant, which serves classic American cooking with fresh ingredients gathered from farmers in the Hamptons.
Viewers will meet the whole team, featuring chef Brogan Wu as well as VIP hostess Samantha Crichton, in “Serving the Hamptons.”
Wu contributes years of expertise from culinary school and catering to the restaurant, while Crichton brings hospitality abilities from waiting tables in Nassau County towards the 75 Main experience, and they both appreciate how unique the Hamptons are in comparison to other areas.
