Hakken Hussain died from uncontrolled asthma on November 26, 2017, in the garden of a Birghimham flat.
His mother Laura Heath was passed out in their bed that same night due to heavy doses of Class A drugs.
Hakeem also suffered from the nearby smoking, his asthma went more severe and he had no reach to his breathing pump as his mother used one to make a smoking pipe for her regular drug use.
The other pump was left and unpicked from their actual residence and Hakeen was left without his breathing pump at the night of his sad death.

Hakeem was one of the four children that Laura Heath had and her three other children, Hakeem’s half-siblings were not under Laura’s care.

Laura has a severe addiction to cocaine and heroin and she was dosed with one the same night of Hakeem’s suffocating death.
Laura has since been charged with gross negligence of her child, her improper drug abuse history, and failing to provide Hakeem with proper medical supervision and care.
She had been booked with four counts of child cruelty at Coventry Crown Court.

He tried to grasp some fresh air while still suffering from an unbearable asthma attack, which could have been easily controlled if his mother was not dozed off with a heavy drug dose.
