Mr. Lynn has not been charged, but police will argue that his car is the dark blue Nissan Patrol they have been looking for as part of the inquiry.

Detectives will claim that Mr. Lynn altered the color of his Nissan Patrol to avoid being apprehended by cops.

However, police have not located the trailer, which was linked to the Nissan Patrol when the campers went stolen.

Jill Walker, Ms. Clay’s sister, said the case’s latest development caught her off guard after so much heartbreak.
