Fernando Ramos was arrested and charged with suspicion of hit-and-run with death or injury or manslaughter of an old man. The old man is identified as George Cooper. He was found dead when the authorities reached him. 

It was found that Fernando was speeding on the highway at the speed of 60 mph on the road with a speed limit of 40 mph. Although George was on a small cycle lane, he was struck by Fernando as he lost control and directly hit George with his momentum. 

After hitting the old man George, Fernando kept driving without stopping and not even checking the condition of the injured George. But later, Fernando was caught by the police.

The Police of Buckeye did a great job by stopping the person who was racing down the road without respect for the speed limit. Consequently, his description and outlook of the vehicle had already been called in by the sheriff with the help of a witness.

Accordingly, Fernando crashed his Chevrolet truck on Rabbit trail near Beloat Road and killed the old cyclist. He later confessed to his crime.

Fernando’s record also shows a history of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and has served time in court.
