United States District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle received a federal criminal complaint on 1 April 2022. According to it, he threatened to blow the brains out of the senator.
He is a convicted felon and a military veteran. The authorities took him into custody on Thursday, 31 March. Allegedly, the Kings County resident threatened Texas Senator Cruz over the past month through multiple voicemails, text messages, and emails.
In addition to the murder threats, Eric made nonsensical statements, including him assuming the role of the Acting President of the United States. Whatsmore, the U.S. Secret Service interrogated him in Washington.
As for the mugshot, the authorities haven’t revealed one. Nonetheless, an individual allegedly shared a picture of the offender from his time in the military with the texts threatening to kill the senator.
