Eliza has had two fathers; her biological father owned cafes across Melbourne, while her step-father was a stand-up comedian; her mother is an author and a graphic designer.

She grew up wanting to become a marine biologist, but her dreams changed once she secured a lead role in the TV action-adventure series “Pirate Islands” in 2003, and the same year also had the lead role in the TV comedy series “The Sleepover Club”. To speak further of her early success, she also appeared in the soap opera “Neighbours”, though in a guest role, but returned to the show in 2005 with the role that celebrated her as an actress in Australia, Janae Timmins. She was on the show until 2008, when she decided it was time to quit and pursue other acting endeavors.

Eliza then moved to the USA, but unfortunately, it wasn’t until 2014 that she made any notable impression, as she appeared in several horror films that went unnoticed, including “Patrick”.
