Einat Admony (born in 1971) is a chef Competing in Guy Fieri’s Tournament of Champions, Season 3. She is also known as the ultimate Balaboosta and is the chef and owner of Balaboosta, the fine-dining Middle Eastern restaurant; Kish-Kash, New York’s first couscous bar; and the beloved falafel chain, Taim.
Admony was one of the first chefs in the United States to introduce Israeli cuisine to the public. Throughout her career, she has opened 13 restaurants. Chipotle, a Mexican fast-food restaurant chain, has invested in the Taim franchise, with six locations in the United States.
She wants people to realize that Jewish food is more than just the heavy, briny Eastern European dishes served behind the glass at a Jewish deli. She has also written two cookbooks, Balaboosta and Shuk.
Who Is Einat Admony Husband Stefan Nafziger?
She is married to her business partner, Stefan Nafziger. She can be found at home in Brooklyn, cooking for her husband and two children, Liam and Mika, when not at one of her restaurants. Brooklyn is where the family calls home.
Stefan celebrates his birthday on October 31 of every year. He can be found on Instagram in his private profile (@stefanafou), which has 229 followers and 323 posts.
Stefan worked at the Balthazar French restaurant when Einat returned to New York after her brief failed marriage. Stefan continued to work in Balthazar even after opening their first Tam branch in the West Village in 2005.
