Dr. Preston Phillips is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, and he is one of the few Black doctors in Tulsa.

As for his education, Dr. Phillips holds advanced degrees in organic chemistry and pharmacology, and theology from Emory University.

Dr. Preston Phillips is making headlines on the internet after being targeted by the Tulsa mass shooter.
The suspected gunman entered the hospital and allegedly told multiple people to clear the area and that he was looking for a Philips.
A report shows that the shooter couldn’t find Dr. Phillips. So, he created a deadly shooting in which at least four people were killed. Further information regarding the mass shooting is yet to get updated as this is developing news.

The Tulsa mass shooting was led by a black man aged 35-40 years.
The shooter’s name and bio have not been released as police have not identified him. However, they are investigating this case and may give more updates soon.
The gunman killed himself later. And after receiving calls, an officer reached there at around 4.30 pm. The suspect killed at least five people, and some of the victims were also injured.
