Dr. Joseph Ajaka from Cosmos Clinic is introduced in the new program for 60 minutes. Following several restrictions for publication, it is finally allowed to telecast the episode.

60 Minutes Shows Dr. Joseph Ajaka From Cosmos Clinic- Who Is He?
60 minutes features the story of Dr. Jospeh Ajaka from Cosmos Clinic. The clinic’s website says he has more than 15 years of experience in cosmetic surgery.
But the 60 Minutes program from the owners of Nine Entertainment released a trailer of their newest investigation into the dark side of the cosmetic surgery industry that also featured Cosmos Clinic.
As a result, Joseph was quick to take legal action after seeing promotional material for the 60 Minutes episode. In an attempt to see the stories before they were published, he instantly submitted a new application for preliminary discovery.
Mr. Ajaka initiated the lawsuit because he believed the reports would libel him or fall under the injurious falsehood, defined as making malicious false public claims about a company and causing them harm.
The episode was supposed to air in May, but the concerned party could obtain a court order to hand over the materials before the publication. However, the media outlet had appealed the order.
