According to The Print, mercenaries from the Wagner Group led by Dmitry Utkin are acting in Kyiv on orders from the Kremlin to murder Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Despite the recent sanction by the EU on them for suspected human rights violations, they are carrying out their mercenaries in support of Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
Who Is Dmitry Utkin?
Dmitry Utkin is a neo-Nazi who is the founder of a private military company, Wagner Group. According to Wikipedia, he was the commander of the 700th Separate Special Detachment of the 2nd Separate Special Brigade until 2013. It was the part of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation (GRU).
Following his retirement, he joined the Slavonic Corps and fought for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad during the civil conflict in 2013. He returned to Moscow in October.
Soon after he returned to the country, he established his private mercenaries group. He had the call-sign Wagner, possibly in honor of Richard Wagner, Adolf Hitler’s favorite composer, who apparently has a fascination for the history of the Third Reich.
Utkin and his “Wagner Group,” as well as numerous Slavonic Corps veterans, were seen in Crimea in February 2014 and then in Donbas during the Russo-Ukrainian War, fighting for pro-Russian rebels.
And it seems they have once again involved themselves in the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia.

The tattoos on Utkin’s collar bone represent how he glorifies the Nazis. People are disgusted and are heavily criticizing him and his group of over 6000 mercenaries.
In addition, he has received honors and is recognized by Russian President Vladimir Putin himself. Likewise, the Eastern Union has implemented sanctions on the group for exploiting human rights.
They have been accused of human rights abuse which includes torture and arbitrary execution, and murders.
