During the party, Derek Premo approached John Colin and two female employees and placed his groin on him under the bar-height table for the whole 20-minute talk, according to the lawsuit.

His leadership sparked more controversy when he allowed teacher Gabriel Mitey to continue teaching after a male student accused Mitey of sexually assaulting him during his senior year after Mitey posted an almost naked selfie online.
