He used to have conversations with all of his victims over the internet and used to trick them by pretending to be a young girl. He was arrested after the police got information from the Ceres man.
As per an ABC report, the Ceres man informed the Ceres police department from where the Sacramento police got information. After then, the police acted to catch the alleged culprit.
The police representative talking to the media said that the parents should be careful and aware of the use of the internet by their children. The internet is a very vulnerable place that could be dangerous if someone is careless.
