According to T.M.Z., Kanye West has been sued over one of his tracks, Come To Life, on “Donda album.” According to Texas pastor David Paul Moten, the artist stole his sermon without permission. He claims the song was filled out with the Bishop’s religious speech.

Additionally, he is also suing other recording houses, including G.O.O.D. Music, Jam Recording, and U.M.G. Recordings. The site writes that he’s going after all of them for damages. 

T.M.Z. also reported they reached out to Yezzy’s camp, but unfortunately, they had not reverted them.

David Paul Moten, a pastor from Texas, filed a lawsuit over a song by Kanye West. He sued the American rapper claiming the artist had used his sermon of seventy seconds and his voice in the song’s intro without his consent. Additionally, the Bishop is also targeting other music houses. 

Moten added he would be suing the U.M.G. and Def Jem recordings besides G.O.O.D. Music. Kanye fans are shocked to know the artist might ever do the show—however, the T.M.Z. The team tried contacting Yezzy’s camp, but they had not replied yet.
