David James Pye aka ” The Baker” is an alleged murderer. He is the mastermind behind the assassination of Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin.
In December 2020, Martin was shot at the Perth Motorplex in Kwinana. At the time, Martin was watching a drag race with his family.
James Pye was under investigation for a very long time now. It also sparked a massive police response to Gang Crime in the last three months.

David James Pye is a native of Perth, Australia.
He has been identified as a close outlaw ally of Nick Martin. This makes him a bikie gang member as well.

In December 2020, WA bikie boss Nick Martin had attended a race event. He was assigned via a long-range weapon in front of his family.
Following the hit ordered by David James Pye, a man was also injured via shooting in Kwinana Motorplex.
Paye along with his goons have been arrested before. In 2013, he was jailed for 18 months over Rockingham nightclub assault.
Pye and his group were arrested for assaulting two women who were injured in the nightclub.

David James Pye has been arrested for ordering a hit against Nick Martin.
He is alleged of planned the murder alongside a former soldier via a long-range sniper.
According to Police, Pye had paid around $300,000 in cash for three hits.
Other charges on David James Pye are; one count of intending to harm and dealing with property in connection to an offense.
His targets were a woman, a senior Comanchero bikie boss, and Martin. However, the hit was only carried out on Martin.
Along with Pye, the sniper of age 35 years old is also charged with murder. He was detained in September 2021.
The former soldier has pleaded guilty to the assassination. He is behind the bars awaiting sentencing and is expected to appear in December.
