Dail Dinwiddie is a missing woman from South Carolina. It has been almost three decades since she vanished, but there has been no progress in the case.
The Deck Podcast on Spotify talked about Dail Dinwiddie’s missing case today. The search for the girl continues even after three decades after her disappearance.
Who Is Dail Dinwiddie?
Dail Dinwiddie was 23 years old girl who went missing in September 1992 after a night out with friends following a U2 concert. After becoming separated from her friends, she was last spotted leaving a bar in the famed Five Points neighborhood early in the morning.
Since then, no one has heard from her. When her father realized his daughter was not home the next morning, he called her friends to get her location. When her parents did not get any information, they called the cops.

Despite continuous search and efforts, there were no leads in the case. As a result, her whereabouts remain unknown to date. The family waits to hear her news after three decades after her disappearance.
However, about a year ago, there were leads and hope in the case where an alleged victim of a reported sexual assault told police that the man who assaulted her told her that she reminded him of Dail Dinwiddie. The man was Harry Gregory.
He was a prominent attorney and former S.C. State Accident Fund (SCSAF) director whose home was raided after complaints about lewd acts upon a child. The incidents happened in 2001 and 2004.

The family has been asking people to provide them with any information about their daughter for years. There is also a certain amount of prize money for those who have any lead about her.
However, no one has come up with any information that could lead to her. Thus, no one knows what may have happened to her to this day. Whether she has just disappeared or was murdered remains a question.
