The Big Mouth spinoff takes everyone behind the scenes of a creative world that exists outside of our own, complete with hormone monsters, depression kittens, and shame wizards, among other things.

Cat Stevens is introduced in Human Resources, season 1, episode 5. When a new monster appears in the Big Mouth universe, it becomes a new source of entertainment for viewers.

Who Is Cat Stevens On Human Resources Actor?

Barry’s depressed cat, Cat Stevens, enters the picture when Barry’s wife Becca suffers from postpartum depression.

In the fifth episode of Human Resources season 1, viewers encounter him for the first time.

Unlike Kitty Beaumont Bouchet (AKA the Depression Kitty from Big Mouth), Cat Stevens has a more laid-back approach to depression.

Cat Stevens feels that when lovebug Flanny O’Lympic, worry mosquito Tito, and hormone monster Tyler are unsure what to do, they should “take a gummy and wait for everything to blow over.”

Fans have dubbed Cat Stevens their new favorite after his appearance in Human Resources. “Cat Stevens is my fave,” one admirer tweeted in response to James III.

Meet The Voice Actor James III Behind Cat Stevens

James III provides the voice of Cat Stevens.

He is an American screenwriter, producer, and actor.

He is used to dealing with Netflix and is fresh to the Big Mouth environment.

He is most known for co-creating and starring in the Netflix sketch comedy series Astronomy Club.

In Episodes 5 and 7, James III is listed as the voice of Cat Stevens on the IMDb cast list. In episodes 2 and 8, another actor, Godfrey, is mentioned as voicing Cat Stevens.

Godfrey, a comedian, and actor from the United States has also made no mention of his appearance in Human Resources. “He may or may not be the voice of this purple cat,” James III tweeted.

The Show Introduces A New Depression Kitty

Big Mouth’s second season introduced the Depression Kitty, probably the evilest aspect of puberty that could be imagined.

The show has a rotating cast of hormonal non-humans, and the Shame Wizard is one of them.

Due to Jean Smart’s sensuous performance, listening to depression is as soothing as cuddling up on a blanket and watching Friends reruns.
