Dusty Hill’s net worth, biography, fact, career, awards and life story

Dusty Hill Net Worth: Dusty Hill is an American musician who is best known as is the bassist, keyboardist and co-vocalist of the rock group ZZ Top who has a net worth of $60 million dollars. Dusty Hill was born on May 19, 1949 in Dallas, Texas where he attended Woodrow Wilson High School and he played the cello in the school’s band. Along with his brother Rocky Hill and future fellow ZZ Top member Frank Beard, Dusty Hill played in local Dallas bands the Warlocks, the Cellar Dwellers, and American Blues. From 1966 to 1968, American Blues played the Dallas-Fort Worth-Houston circuit. In 1968, the band decided to leave the Dallas–Fort Worth area and relocate to Houston with Beard where they joined guitarist/vocalist Billy Gibbons and formed ZZ Top in 1969. Since the release of the band’s debut album in January 1971, ZZ Top has become known for its strong blues roots and humorous lyrical motifs, relying heavily on double entendres and innuendo. ZZ Top’s musical style has changed over the years, beginning with blues-inspired rock on their early albums, then incorporating new wave, punk rock and dance-rock, with heavy use of synthesizers. ZZ Top was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
