Now, there have been updates on the case. First, the Sacramento police officer was arrested.

Benjamin Gray is one of the Sacramento police officers placed on leave after the Folsom police department notified them about the investigation. He allegedly recorded the woman without their consent.
The news was first released in February 2022. Following allegations that he secretly videotaped personal interactions with women without their knowledge, he was placed on leave until further investigation.
As per the reports, it seems he has been found guilty as the police arrested him. Previously, investigators claimed that images of possible victims were discovered, writes Goodday.
And Folsom police had requested that anybody who has been in a relationship in the previous three years could contact the department if they feel they were a victim.
Although there is no information if anyone reported being a victim or not, as he has been arrested, there may have been strong and sufficient evidence to prove his crime.
Sacramento Police Officer Benjamin Gray Arrested
According to ABC10, Benjamin Gray was detained on suspicion of off-duty offenses by the Sacramento Police Department on Monday, following a Folsom Police Department investigation.
He was arrested for recording confidential communications without consent and videotaping intimate settings without consent. Chief Katherine Lester also commented on the issue as he remained int he jail.
She said that everyone in the department should hold themselves to the greatest standards as peace officers, both on and off duty. And this incident is both distressing and immoral.
In addition, it has undermined the trust that everyone works so hard every day to create and maintain between law enforcement and the community. Thus, the department will continue its investigation and bring justice to victims.
